To simply put it, we price everything we do in advance…no ifs, no buts. We are the only plumbers that use the “price-loc” system. No other plumbing companies in Sydney can match our system… it’s honest and transparent.

Before we do anything you will know what it will cost. Personal experience has led to this. There is nothing worse than getting a bill after a job that is bigger than you expected, or bigger than you were verbally told it was going to be. There is no excuse for this happening.

Taking the time to explain your options and prices is part of our service. Once we have agreed what we are doing we get you to sign an authority to let us begin. The price is locked in and we can all relax and get on with the work. We think this is basic stuff.
