We are not just a Sydney plumbing company. We are here as service providers. We are not salesmen. We will always suggest to you the best job. The best job means fix it once – fix it properly. We are not interested in providing bandaid solutions that will cost you more in the long term.

Our philosophy is simple – suggest to the customers what we would suggest to our mothers. We find this way of thinking brings out the best solution every time.

Kevin O’Kane, manager of Highlander Plumbing has been a plumber since 1990. He brings a wealth of plumbing experience to the staff. He also provides his knowledge from a family view point. You see, Kevin and his wife have five children. When Kevin and the staff of Highlander Plumbing are giving advice on Water Filtration, Hot water installation or getting a toy out of the sewer that a child flushed, we are doing it from the perspective of a parent.

We know not to make too much noise when the baby is sleeping; we know not to leave any dangerous tools in the reach of kids. We have even had reversing cameras fitted to all of our trucks for added safety when kids are about.
