Our household plumbing Sydney staff are all sourced from St Joseph’s College in Hunters Hill. We have found over the years that this school delivers us very well mannered and courteous young men. We start looking for apprentices a year before they start with us. Nothing is left to chance, we select the top characters only.
Once we have selected them, then we train them – our way. We train them into highly skilled Plumbers. We also skill them in customer service. They are drilled in good communication, being punctual and respecting people’s homes. At Highlander Plumbing we have our own Academy in customer service excellence.
