Highlander Plumbing was founded in 1997 by Kevin O'Kane. Kevin started as a Plumber in 1990. Since we have been trading we have stuck to our main service philosophies.

• If we say we are going to be at someone’s house at a certain time – then we are there. We all know how inconvenient it is to waste time on someone that never showed up. We are amazed how many people think we are joking when we ask for a contact number for the off chance we may be running late.
• We are honest country guys that are friendly and not afraid of hard work (unlike that odd metro sexual movement that took over Sydney). You will not find any hair coloured, plucked, waxed or preened man on our staff – just real men.
• We always want to give our customers their price before we start a job for them, this is the honest way to do business. It give our customers the control over their costs.
• We always want to give long term solutions. We know that the customers love us – but we have enough common sense to realize that the customers don’t want to see us every week.
• We want the customer to be happy. If there is a problem, we will be back in a flash at no charge to make sure things are working properly. We always wanted top staff. All of our staff have been trained in house. We took all of them from Private schools, St Joseph’s College and even dare I say it, St Ignatius College. We have top class people that work for us that are a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn’t you only want the best in your house?
• We banned any of our staff from showing any bumcrack during the course of a job. We are the only Plumbing Company in Sydney with the Bum-crack guarantee – if you see a Highlander Plumbing staff member show any bum-crack, we will refund the entire amount of your job.

We think all of this stuff is basic and normal customer service. Thank God we are in the minority that actually delivers. We would like to think none of this will change in the future. This would be why a huge percentage of our work is from repeat customers.
